Future Olympiad

We really appreciate folks that take the time to say thanks-we all should do this every day..thanks Jerry!

Thank you, Rick.

My son was in a pinch. He received an invitation to travel abroad with friends of our family. One of those once in a lifetime opportunities.

One day before his departure I found out he needed a parental permission document notarized. Unfortunately, our region was hit by a major snow storm and we were hunkered down for almost 24 hours. Naturally, the local banks were closed and it looked like he might have to cancel the trip–one of those difficult life lessons.

My wife then went on the proverbial Web surf and found your company on-line and available 24/7. Remarkable. I scheduled an appointment, met with your notary Rusty, and completed the business in under 20 minutes. Quite seamless.

Rusty was pleasant, knowledgable, and professional. What I greatly appreciated was the extra effort he made to ensure I received the document, particularly after we lost power and access to the Internet.

My son arrived safely (see below) at his destination and is having the time of his life! I truly appreciate the part your company and Rusty played in making this all happen.

Stormy Weather? Best Excuse to Stay in Your Pj’s

February 14th, 2014 No comments

Global warming aside, the country continues to get hammered by blustery weather conditions. As of this writing, one third of US has been severely impacted. Commerce, for all intents and purposes, has come to a screeching halt. Taking the good with bad, I can’t help imagine that most online retailers are enjoying a most welcomed winter ‘bump’ on post holiday numbers, one blogger called it correctly,  ”it’s never too stormy to go shopping online”…

Although I grew up back East (sorry, enjoying 70′s in So Cal this week), I really never gave it much thought about the severe impact on typical ‘brick and mortar’ type business – what happens to your scheduled home closing, or the tens of thousands of cancelled meetings, or  your expiring loan commitments, or that document you need to have notarized immediately, etc? And then we received a NotaryCam comment:

“You really can’t beat it for ease and convenience. Snowy freezing cold day in Chicago and instead of going out into the streets hoping to find a notary, I got my document notarized at my kitchen table in my pj’s!!”

Kevin Scott from Chicago

Kind of adds yet another reason to keep on plowing! Stay warm and stay safe..
